This Glossary explains terms and abbreviations used on the 100th Entry site, related to RAF apprentices (and the RAF), or otherwise not in common use.

Suggest an entry

New terms are always welcome, and so are corrections to the ones already here. Send them in through the Suggestions page and they will reach the site administrator.

The guidance below is from the original 100th Entry site and still applies:

1. Rough notes will be fine — format, spelling and so on are irrelevant.
2. The funnier the better.
3. Don’t be concerned about submitting an item which may be wrong.
4. Don’t be concerned about submitting an item that is not relevant.
5. Don’t be concerned about inadvertently submitting an item already listed.
6. Don’t be concerned about only knowing the term but not the definition, or the other way round.
7. Don’t be disappointed if your submission is not included in the Glossary.
8. Contributions are appreciated from anyone, not just ex-apprentices or RAF personnel.
